About the Classes:
Foam rolling is a form of self-massage, also known as myofascial release. During the class, we use special balls and rollers to apply pressure to different areas of the body, helping to release tension and reduce pain.
We'll focus on: feet, calves, legs, glutes, back, neck & shoulders, chest, and hands.
No experience needed. Anna will guide you step by step, showing exercises in different ways to make them as easy as possible.

About the teacher: Anna is a certified Blackroll foam rolling trainer. Since 2016, she's been running classes, workshops, and one-on-one sessions on self-massage. It’s been a fantastic journey for her, helping people better understand their bodies and learn how to safely relieve pain and discomfort on their own.
She believes that meaningful change happens when we slow down and give ourselves the time to tune into our bodies.
