Perfect for all levels even complete beginner’s .

After that, it’s just 12 euros for each session.

Yesterday , I had the amazing opportunity to teach yoga to our county champions! It was all about finding balance, strength, and focus—just like in sports. Remember, yoga isn’t just for flexibility; it helps with mental clarity and recovery too!
