📢New 6 week PILATES courses starting NEXT WEEK
In Pilates, the focus is on strengthening the abdomen, low back and pelvic floor, often referred to as "the core".
You’ll lengthen and tone your muscles by challenging them to work in new ways using precise, controlled movements.
In my classes, we use small stability balls, resistance loops and bands to place greater demand on the muscles.
You’ll learn proper technique and alignment and can look forward to the many benefits Pilates has to offer:

➵ improved range of motion in your joints.
Classes will take place every Tuesday and Friday morning, starting Jan 21st and 24th in The Soul Hut
Tuesdays
10am Level 2 - some previous experience required
11.15am Level 1- suitable for newbies
Fridays
10am All Levels - suitable for everyone
💶 €90 for 6 weeks / €150 for 12 classes over 6 weeks
