As we age, it becomes increasingly important to care for our spine and the muscles that support it.

This 4-week workshop is designed to help you strengthen and stretch your back, with a focus on proper posture and core stability.

You'll learn valuable techniques to build a stronger, more flexible back, incorporating exercises that target both the spine and the core.

Whether you're new to back-bending or looking to improve, this program will give you the tools you need for a healthier back

The Living Womb

Welcome to a new monthly movement circle for women in Mullingar ✨

On Saturday September 28th please join us for a morning of movement meditation, embodied dance, somatic practice and stillness to rejuvenate the sensual body, uplift our being and connect with our creative source energy.

We will take some time to share, to move, awaken our senses and deepen womb centre presence through free form practices and ritual dance.

Supported by the anchors and resources of Open Floor movement and teachings from the chakra system we will be invited to explore what awakens as we move, to create a felt sense of safety in the body and to relax into motion.

All stages of cycles and physical womb situations are welcome. No previous experience is necessary.

Easing into Autumn

Sunday September 15th


🌀As we move out of summer mode and into Autumn and towards the Autumn Equinox on September 21st, its a lovely time to pause and attune to and align with the energy of the season.

🌀This afternoon is an invitation to slow down and allow the mind to quieten and tend to your own body and being.

🌀A chance for us to rest deeply and connect with our own deep wisdom.

🌀And is simply an opportunity to take some quality time out to replenish and nourish yourself.

🌀You are invited into a gentle easy space for the afternoon. Here we will blend together some nourishing practices to bring us into our bodies, to connect with our hearts and regulate our nervous systems.

A time to turn inwards to welcome the darker part of the year and the gifts it offers.

You will be guided through these practices:

🍂Yoga– Breathing practice, movement, and deeply restorative yoga

🍂Meditation– Meditation to arrive and deeply restful Yoga Nidra.
🍂Cacao Ceremony-A centuries old ritual. The cacao plant is used as a heart healing and opening medicine. It assists in energetic healing and bringing clarity. We will enjoy organic, rich, delicious ceremonial cacao incorporating autumnal spices. It weaves in beautifully with our other practices of yoga and meditation and deepens our experience of these.

A warm welcome awaits you.

An Afternoon To Retreat at Lunghnasa
1.30-4.30pm Sunday July 28th

Afternoons dedicated to resting body, mind & soul.

This is the practice for you IF:
🌀You have physical tension around your shoulders & chest or generally feel a holding of tension in the body.
🌀You feel your emotional heart could do with some soothing.
🌀You you feel a disconnection to your heart and perhaps find you are living in your head much of the time and feel drawn to tuning out of the head and droping into the (much deeper) wisdom of the heart.
🌀You just simply want to come rest and care for yourself for a few precious hours.

YOU would be most welcome.

There will be gentle flowing yoga, slow deeply restful yoga, practices to deepen breath, yoga nidra, cacaco ceremony, specially themed playlist to accompany to nourish and heal your beautiful heart.

You would be so welcome, I’d love to see you.

Suitable for any level of experience or none at all.

4 week PILATES courses starts THIS WEEK

In Pilates, the focus is on strengthening the core, low back and pelvic floor.

You’ll lengthen and tone your muscles by challenging them to work in new ways using precise, controlled movements.

In my classes, we use small stability balls, resistance loops and bands to place greater demand on the muscles.

You’ll learn proper technique and alignment and can look forward to the many benefits Pilates has to offer:

➵ increased core strength
➵ improved posture
➵ decreased back pain
➵ better pelvic floor function
➵ prevention of injuries
➵ increased energy
➵ improved range of motion in your joints.

Classes take place every Tuesday and Friday morning, starting May 14 & 17 in The Soul Hut

Tuesdays
10am Improvers*
11.15am Beginners

Fridays
10am All Levels - suitable for everyone

*Some previous experience of Pilates is required for Improvers level.

💶 €60 for 4 weeks / €105 for 8 classes over 4 weeks
