Delighted to be teaching .ie 🎪

Really excited to be part of the wellness lineup at one of Ireland's best festivals! First year doing it and it feels class to bring yoga to such a sound event.

For those who haven't been, All Together Now is pure magic - deadly music, unreal atmosphere, and they've got this brilliant wellness area where you can move, breathe and connect!

I'll be running Connect & Stretch: A Partner Yoga Experience with . Whether you're on your own or with your mates, this session is all about connection and having the craic together.

We'll be doing gentle assisted stretches, playful balance poses and some lovely supported relaxation. Partner yoga, but if you're flying solo, we'll pair you up with other sound people.

Not about being bendy or knowing what you're doing - just about meeting new people, having a laugh with your crew, and experiencing something different together. It's amazing how quickly strangers become mates when you're both trying to balance each other!

The whole thing is designed around connection - with yourself, with others, and with the festival community.

Looking forward to meeting you all in the wellness area!

All levels welcome - just bring yourself and your sense of humour. Got a mat? Deadly. Don't? No bother! Come anyway.

THE ZEN HEN! 🐓

WW had the loveliest bunch in the studio this weekend for a Zen Hen! Emma facilitated a gorgeous session for this group of friends - bit of breath work, movement, meditation, and plenty of laughs. Coffee, snacks, good craic, then off to for food.
Fair play to this group - they were in great form and the whole thing was class. This is how you do a celebration properly - no three-day recovery needed!

The bride-to-be and her crew left buzzing and you could see it written all over them. created such a lovely atmosphere for them to connect and celebrate together before heading out for the evening.

Teaching the Teachers 🧘‍♂️

Huge thank you to Dearbhla at and Jeanie for inviting me down to beautiful Di**le last weekend to assist on the Alchemy School of Yoga 200-hour teacher training programme.

This was my second year being part of this incredible course, and this module focused on one of yoga's most important topics right now - assists and adjustments. It's such a hot topic in our community, and for good reason.
Over the day and a half, we covered everything from consent and trauma sensitivity to anatomy and ethics. But what really struck me was watching these dedicated students shift their perspective - moving away from seeing adjustments as teacher versus student to understanding it as teacher and student working together towards the same goal.

The practical sessions were brilliant - hours of hands-on learning where these future teachers experienced both giving and receiving adjustments. We even practiced an adjusted savasana, partnering up to offer something completely different.

Creating safe spaces in yoga goes so much deeper than just the physical aspect of touch. It's about understanding every layer of responsibility we hold as teachers and the profound impact we can have when we approach our practice with genuine care and skill.

Feeling so grateful and appreciative to be part of this journey with such committed future teachers. Their dedication to learning and growing in this practice is truly inspiring, and I'm honoured to contribute to their development.

The next generation of yoga teachers is in good hands.

We’re absolutely thrilled to share our fresh class schedule with you - coming into effect from Monday, 14th July! This new timetable is based directly on YOUR feedback, so thank you so much for helping us create something that truly works for our wonderful community.

We’re also delighted to welcome some brilliant new teachers to our Warrior Wellness family! You’ll get to experience Katie’s nurturing Restorative Yoga and Chair Yoga, Jamie Lee’s energising morning sessions, Amy’s grounding Traditional Hatha, Izzy’s beautiful Yoga Foundations and Slow Flow to Yin, Aoife’s strengthening Pilates, and Claire’s Feel Strong Flow. Plus, our exciting new Weekend Warriors Saturday class is perfect for starting your weekend right!

So you walk into the studio and you’re greeted with a wonderful array of blocks, bolsters, straps and blankets - but who are they for and why do we need them?

Well the truth is, props are for everyone, and while we don’t absolutely NEED them to practice yoga, they really can elevate our practice to the next “level” (not that there are really “levels” in yoga - but thats a post for another day!)

Check out T-rex arms in the 5th pic - look familiar? Props can help to make asana more accessible while maintaining the integrity of the pose.
