The Irish Paramedicine Education and Research Network (IPERN) and the Pre-hospital Emergency Care Council (PHECC) are delighted to collaborate with Pre-hospital Grand Rounds (PHGR) Midlands to celebrate International Paramedics Day 2025!

IPERN-PHECC Research Roundtables aim to build capacity, culture and collaboration in our research community in order to improve practice, policy and patient care in Irish Paramedicine. These events are an opportunity for sharing knowledge and ideas, generating discussion, networking and building relationships between practitioners, service users, academics, policymakers and other healthcare professionals and researchers. You do not have to be an experienced researcher to attend – anyone with an interest in out-of-hospital care is very welcome! CPC/CPD Certificates are available to attendees if required (Award of 4 points).

Registration for the Pre-Hospital Emergency Care Research Conference 2024 CLOSES @ 12noon on Thursday November 7th!

The main event is on Wednesday November 13th in the Glenroyal Hotel, Maynooth, Co. Kildare, with a pre-conference social evening event, with Irish and International research experts, A Cup of Paramedicine on Tuesday 12th.

The deadline for submission of abstracts for consideration to present a poster or oral presentations for the upcoming Pre-Hospital Emergency Care Conference has been extended until next Friday, September 20th at 5pm.

We have teamed up with CFR Ireland for a reduced ticket price for EMTs attending in Mullingar on the 21st of September.

With 8 CPC points on offer, it is a great opportunity for EMTs to upskill and meet like-minded practitioners.
