Just because it’s common doesn’t mean it’s normal.
Far too many girls and women put up with period symptoms that seriously impact daily life — thinking it’s just part of being female.

Pain, heavy bleeding, long gaps between periods, or delays in starting your period can all be signs that something’s up.

If your period is interfering with your quality of life, it’s worth a conversation with your doctor. You don’t have to just “get on with it.”

🧠 Explain pain in ways that click
👐 Use hands-on therapy with confidence
🎯 Explore goal-driven movement and s*xual strategies
🔊 Talk about vi*****rs, positions, and pleasure without flinching

Did you know there are different types of pelvic organ prolapse?
Each type depends on which organ is shifting downward:

1️⃣ Cystocele – bladder prolapse

3️⃣ Uterine prolapse – uterus dropping
4️⃣ Enterocele – small bowel prolapse (not pictured)
5️⃣ Vaginal vault prolapse – top of the va**na falls (post-hysterectomy) (not pictured)

It’s more common than you think, and you’re NOT alone!

Our bodies remember. The way we brace ourselves in stress, the way childbirth changes us, the way we hold tension without realising. Pelvic pain is not just physical, it's emotional too. What if, instead of gripping tighter we learned it was OK to let go?

I'm in Autumn right now, BS tolerance is low and I am taking things slow!
What inner season are you in? What is this season good for?

Sometimes it feels as though we need to be constantly ON, OUTGOING AND HAPPY in this busy life. This is exhausting and at some point it can become too much. Look at the seasons, we don't say
'Hey Winter, what's wrong? You're kinda pale' or
'Wow Autumn, all that stormy energy is a bit much'

If we can become aware of our own inner seasons, we can be more accepting of each change as it comes

So many women experience v***a irritation at some point and many have recurrent symptoms.
But for many of us, no one ever explains how to wash or care for this part of our body.

Using warm water and fingers, we can gently clean the skin of the l***a and the clitoril hood. A soft flannel can be used, but sponges and or hard flannels can cause irritation.

Mild soap substitutes can be used, but fragrance soaps should be avoided to avoid irritation or destroying the good bacteria.

The va**na is self cleaning.... it has its own microbiome, so douching (ie spraying water into the va**na) is not a good idea and can actually alter the pH and cause infections.

The va**na and v***a have their own unique scent... you don't need fragrances to make them smell like a perfume hall!

But if you notice a strong odour or unusual discharge, this could be a sign of infection so see your gynae or GP.
