Our regular TaiChi & QiGong classes will be back in the Community centre in McAuley Place Naas every Tuesday evenings from 7:30 to 9 pm.

Join us for a deep relaxing event. No movements involved. A stress buster event!

Hi, I will be hosting a new Yoga Nidra & Sound bath event on Friday 25th July from 7pm to 8:30pm in McAuley Place Naas.
It is an opportunity to meet up with a lovely group of people and experience the deep relaxing technical that is Yoga Nidra also know as Yogic sleep or sleeping woth awareness.

It will be followed by a sound bath with healing sounds.
No movement involved. All welcome.
