Coming up next Friday 24 th October 7 to 8:30 pm a very relaxing event : Yoga Nidra and Sound bath in McAuley Place Naas in Naas Town .

Yoga Nidra means yogic sleep, and can be also described as sleeping with awareness.

No movements involved for the whole event. You will be lying on the floor.

It is a deep relaxation technic that will be followed by a sound bath. Both help to reset the central nervous system.

At the end of this event you should feel a sense of calmness and heaviness in the body, very restorative.If you suffer from stress or anxiety this might be for you.

All levels welcome.
