Location: Homecare Solutions, Dublin
Hours: Full-time | Monday to Friday
Salary: €50,000 per year + Paid On-Call Allowance + Mileage

Are you a compassionate, NMBI qualified nurse ready to take the next step in your career?
Homecare Solutions is expanding, and we’re looking for a Care Manager to lead and support our dedicated homecare team. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact, helping clients live safely and independently in their own homes.

As Care Manager, you’ll:

-Oversee and ensure the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care.
-Supervise and support care staff.
-Liaise with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
-Ensure compliance with healthcare standards and best practices.

✅ What We’re Looking For:
-NMBI-registered Nurse (essential)
-Experience with older people (preferred, not essential)
-Strong communication, organisational and IT skills
-Kind, proactive, and professional approach
-Previous supervisory or managerial experience is a plus

About Homecare Solutions

Ciara Conneely and Vivienne Mahon teamed up in May 2007 to operate Homecare Solutions - a non-medical homecare service currently covering the Leinster area. Ciara's background in Nursing and Vivienne’s in Management and Customer Service, made for a good combination.

Vivienne's experience in management brought skills that compliment Ciara's medical experience. Having been friends for a number of years, working together was a natural fit. As both live near Naas and had ambitions to develop a business that would benefit the local community and give local employment, Homecare Solutions Ltd. was born!

Homecare Solutions has gone from strength to strength since starting with two Personal Carers in May 2007. The business has grown extremely quickly and the staff numbers are now over 50. The Company identified that an opportunity existed for a local owner managed provider offering a premium level of service. Homecare Solutions has grown organically by offering a personalised service to families and individuals who require their support. Their Clients are primarily individuals who want to remain living in their own homes, but do require a certain amount of help - either during the day or at night. As a non-medical provider of homecare services, Homecare Solutions is enabling people to continue to live in their own comfortable surroundings while allowing family members peace of mind that their loved ones are being very well looked after. The level of care Homecare Solutions provides can range from an hour a day, to night cover, to full or part-time live-in service depending on the clients needs.
