Specific Neuromuscular technique to treat Latissimus (Lats).

This technique targets the whole muscle, releasing tension and trigger points

It's not always the most comfortable treatment, but is a very effictive treatment option

Running and Halloween sum it up really 🏃‍♀️

Second Dublin City Marthon 💜 Thrilled to have made it into the sub 5hr club!!

I can honestly say I really enjoyed the first half. The rest in hindsight, maybe.

Keeping the 5hr pacers in sight for most of the second half pushed me to keep going even in the last 10km when I really wanted to slow down and walk.

The atmosphere, even with the wind and rain, was electric. The supporters are the very best for standing in the wind and rain for all of us runners.

Now for rest and recovery!

Dublin Half Marathon 🏃‍♀️

The Phoenix Park is my favourite place to run and I'm thrilled with my time. 7 minutes shaved off since April.

Fingers and toes crossed for similar weather for end of October for Dublin Marathon
