Hello Everyone
We hope you all had a good start of the Year. We would like to share with you details of upcoming classes in 2023
In January & February, we can offer you 7 weeks sessions of Yoga and Pilates courses which will commence on Monday 9th January and Classes will run until Thursday 23rd February.
We offer a combination of Hatha and Raja Yoga, working with mind and body. Our classes are mixed level from beginners upwards. We find this format works very well, as we show different modifications for different levels, and we give special attention to each person.
Pilates is more intensive than Yoga class. Pilates will help improve range of motion, flexibility, posture, abdominal strength, and decrease back neck, and joint pain.
All our courses are designed by a very experienced Chartered Physiotherapist.
