The project has been funded through the EU JTF. The fund was established to support areas in the transition from reliance of peat products to a more sustainable future and protection of our peat lands! On an evening like this evening its easy to admire the beauty of our Kildare landscape!

The KLESN has a range of policies and procedures that provide guidelines and framework for the Board, Management and staff in the day to day operation of the services and projects. These include policies and procedures on finance, service provision, IT usage, equality and diversity, ethical behaviour, health and safety, work place and employment legislation, performance system, etc.

The Mission Of KLESN is:
To achieve a noticeable reduction in the numbers of long-term unemployed persons through placement in employment, in mainstream training and education, .To promote enterprise for the purpose of creating fulltime jobs.
To provide a service with significant value to the long-term unemployed and referred by means of advice, referral and networking of existing resources
The Service offers a non-judgement approach, empathy, accurate information and supports clients who need employment.
