We are delighted to welcome Aislinn Aherne to the clinic. Aislinn is a CORU registered Chartered Physiotherapist and certified Athletic Therapist.

Aislinn is excited to help with any injuries coming into the clinic, while also having a passion for sports injuries and all types of back pain evidence-based management.

We are delighted to announce we are back on our feet and open again in Johnstown, Naas, Co. Kildare W91YA24
We have received so much support from friends/family and the local community, and we are really grateful. Without this help we wouldn't be where we are today.

📢 Important Notice 💥
As many may have seen on social media, there was a fire at the golf club yesterday that spread to the clinic building, causing serious damage.
Luckily, and most importantly, nobody was hurt.
Unfortunately, there was alot of damage done and we have to close our doors for the time being until we figure out our next step.
We really appreciate all the messages and well wishes.

The hard work is done so now its all about resting up, hydrating well, and eating well with carb dominant meals.
Also stretching and foam rolling is freshen up the legs for raceday.
After that its all about setting your gear up (dont try anything new)pacing yourself on the day
