Recovery is a word with many meanings.
Recovery can be needed from many different things.
With all the constraints life throws at us- whether it is work, training, home, friends, relationships whatever the case may be.
Recovery is about oneself. Looking after you.
Take time for yourself.
Take time for your health.
Take time for your peace of mind and body.
Even if all appears perfect for you, youโre in the best position of your life, things couldnโt be going better.
It is always good to take a second to pause, a second to be undeniably present.
Whether this is a moment to show gratitude, a moment to self reflect, or a moment to escape the reality of the outside world.
