My name is Evelyn and I started learning holistic therapies in 2018 after I suffered a complete burn out, mental health issues and complete physical exhaustion. 🦋 One of my clients was so sick of her skin breaking out, and she thought that breakouts only happened in your teens, so why was she still struggling when she was almost 40!
