Sherlock Physiotherapy Clinic is based in Energie Fitness Center Monread Naas. We provide treatment and rehabilitation for a variety of musculoskeletal and orthopaedic conditions as well as providing strength and conditioning programs to help with injury recovery and prevention. We have full access to a state of the art fully equipt gym to provide comprehensive rehabilitation to our clients. We provide hydrotherapy, dry needling, manual therapy, deep tissue massage, strapping and taping, biomechanical assessment, strength and conditioning classes and core conditioning classes. Jason Sherlock the owner of Sherlock Physiotherapy Clinic graduated from IT Carlow in 2006 in Human Physiology and Rehabilitation before moving to the UK to study Physiotherapy at the Robert Gordon University in Aberdeen. After graduating with honours and completing his thesis on upper limb neurodynamics, Jason briefly moved home to Ireland and worked as the physiotherapist for Offaly senior county football team. Jason moved back to the UK and London in 2009 to work in private practice with ex-British triathlete Nigel Kimpton. After a number of years working in private practice Jason took up a role as senior physiotherapist at the National Rehabilitation Center of excellence in Headley Court London for the British Defence Forces. Jason initially worked in the Specialist Upper Limb Unit before moving to work in Complex Trauma. During this time Jason worked very closely with British Paralympics. Jason returned home in 2015 and briefly worked in private practice in Naas before starting work as a lead physiotherapist with the Irish Defence Forces in the Curragh Camp. Jason is a certified strength and conditioning coach and has a specialist interest in the treatment and rehabilitation of upper limb injuries of the neck and shoulder. Jason is a keen runner with a strong background in running conditioning and injury prevention and has also competed in a number of Olympic distance triathlons.
