Wooow! You're featured today on the WAKE-UP list, Day 76/2026 Fear Not Challenge. God be praised🙏

Today's question is on prayer

"If God is all-powerful and He already knows everything, why do I have to keep praying and begging Him for the same thing? Is my signal weak?"

Most people think prayer is about trying to get God’s attention. In the Kingdom, prayer is about tuning in to His intention.

The Mechanics:

1. It's Not a Begging System: Jesus said the Father knows what you need before you ask (Matthew 6:8). If you are begging and pleading, you have your mechanics backward. You aren't persuading God to give you something good; He’s persuading you that He is good.

2. Prayer is Calibration:
The point of prayer isn't to get God to do your will; it’s to get your will to align with His. When you pray consistently, you are turning the k**b on your radio until you hear His voice clearly over the noise of your anxiety.

3. The Alignment Mechanic:
God will not release the "Big Blessing" (the high-performance engine) until your heart is aligned. Why? Because a powerful engine will destroy a car that is poorly aligned. Prayer is the alignment process that builds your capacity to hold what He’s giving you.

The Take Home:

God isn’t ignoring you. He is just waiting for your signal to clear. Keep praying. Don't stop until you are tuned in to His peace.

"Drop a ‘TUNED IN’ if you’re ready to start listening more than you’re talking in prayer! 🎧"

WHEN TO START WEANING YOUR BABY

It is completely normal to feel a bit of pressure around "the right time." Every parent hears different advice from friends, family, and the internet.

The current global health consensus (including the WHO and NHS) is that the ideal time to start weaning is around 6 months of age. This applies to both breastfed and bottle-fed babies.

Why 6 Months?

Before this age, your baby’s digestive system and kidneys are still maturing. Breast milk or first infant formula provides 100% of the nutrients they need for the first half-year.

Waiting until 6 months gives them time to develop the physical skills needed to swallow safely.

The 3 "Must-Have" Signs of Readiness

Rather than looking at the calendar or the weight scale, look for these three physical milestones happening at the same time:

1. Steady Sitting: They can stay in a sitting position and hold their head steady.

2. Hand-Eye Coordination: They can look at food, pick it up, and bring it to their mouth all by themselves.

3. Swallowing Skills: When you offer food, they actually swallow it. If they are just pushing it back out with their tongue, they aren't quite ready yet.

If you're feeling unsure about where to start or how to make sure your little one is getting exactly what they need? You don't have to guess. If you need a structured plan for adequate nutrition or just a hand to hold through the process—let’s talk.

THE UNWRITTEN MAP

A Tribute to the Architects of Existence

Imagine a clock with no gears,
A compass that refuses to point North.

Imagine the morning air,
Heavy with a silence that has no name,
Because the first voice you ever heard—
The one that vibrated through your very bones
Before you even drew breath—
Is gone.

A world without mothers
Would be a library of unread books.

Who would teach us that "hurt" is a temporary state?
Who would translate the language of our tears
When we don't have the words to speak them?

They are the keepers of the "hidden things."
The ones who know where the lost keys are,
And where we buried our confidence.

They are the only ones who can see
The person we are becoming,
Even when we are still tangled in the mess
Of who we used to be.

To the mothers who carried us,
And the mothers-to-be who are currently
Building the future, cell by cell, heartbeat by heartbeat:
You are the gravity that keeps our worlds from spinning off into the dark.
You are the soft place to land
In a world that is often too hard.

Without you, the sun might still rise,
But the day would have no warmth.

Without you, we might walk,
But we would never know where we were going.

Thank you for being our North.

HAPPY MOTHERS' DAY 🥰💖💕
Thank God for being alive to celebrate this this Day 74/2026.

More grace to do the work God has given us as mothers to build a world in love.
Today, we're looking at a question from 1Thessalonians 5:18

The Gratitude Filter

The Question:

The Bible says to give thanks in 'all things.' But my friend just broke my iPad. Am I seriously supposed to thank God for a cracked screen and a bad day?

God isn't asking you to be thankful FOR the broken iPad; He’s asking you to be thankful IN the situation. There is a massive difference.

The "In" vs. "For" Logic:

In every thing give thanks. It doesn't say "For every bad thing. You aren't thanking God that your iPad is broken—that would be weird. You are thanking Him that even with a broken iPad, He is still your Provider.

The Perspective Shift: Gratitude is a "filter."

When you thank God in a mess, you are telling your brain: "This situation is bad, but my God is still good." It stops the "bad thing" from becoming a bad life.

The Protection Mechanic: Sometimes, a small "bad thing" (like a broken device) is a reset button. It forces us to look up, talk to a friend face-to-face, or realize that our joy was tucked away in a piece of glass and metal instead of in God.

The Take Home:
Giving thanks isn't about pretending bad things are good.

It’s about recognizing that God is bigger than the bad thing. You thank Him that you have a friend, that you had an iPad in the first place, and that He can provide a way to fix it or replace it.

The Interaction:
"What’s one thing that went 'wrong' today that you can still find a reason to be thankful IN?

Let’s practice in the comments. 👇

I ate this wired breakfast today and my body was happy.

Can you tell what this is without asking ai?

STILL COUNTING CALORIES?

You've been told watch portion size, count calories but I tell my clients just eatvtheir meals in certain order and they are having results.

Many people (including nutrition experts and researchers) have found that the order in which you eat your food during a meal can lead to noticeably better results than just focusing on calorie counting alone.

This approach is often called meal sequencing or food order, and it's backed by quite a bit of science, especially for blood sugar control, feeling fuller longer, reducing cravings, and supporting weight loss or metabolic health.

Why the Order Matters?

More Than Just Calories
Counting calories works on the principle of energy balance (calories in vs. calories out), but it doesn't account for how your body processes those calories—particularly how quickly carbs turn into glucose and spike blood sugar/insulin.

Sharp spikes can lead to energy crashes, more hunger soon after, inflammation over time, and make fat loss harder even at the same calorie level.

By changing the sequence, you can blunt those spikes (often by 20–75% depending on the study and meal), slow digestion, increase satiety hormones (like GLP-1), and naturally eat fewer calories overall without feeling deprived.

Want have a structured planned sequence that works well for your body, inbox me.

Good morning and welcome to Day 72/2026. A day He has made for us to rejoice and be glad in🙏💃

FEAR NOT!

The Software Update 💾
1Cor 5:17

A young person asked:

If I’m supposed to be a ‘new person,’ why do I still want to do the same old things? Am I actually saved?

The Answer:

Most people try to change their actions to feel like a Christian. In the Kingdom, God changes your identity so you can change your actions.

The Hardware Change: When you gave your life to Christ, God gave you a brand-new "Hard Drive" (your spirit). 2 Corinthians 5:17 says you are a new creature. That part of you is perfect.

The Old Software: The problem? Your "Operating System" (your mind and your habits) is still running the old code from your past. You have a new heart, but an old playlist.

This is why Romans 12:2 tells us to be transformed by the renewing of our minds. You aren't "fixing" the old you; you are "downloading" the truth of who God says you are until the old habits eventually crash.

You aren't a "sinner trying to be a saint." You are a Saint who is learning how to run your new Software. Don't let a "glitch" make you think the Hardware is broken. Keep downloading the Word.

"If you’re tired of running on 'Old Software,' type ‘UPDATE’ in the comments! 📥

DON'T REPEAT THIS SAME MISTAKE!

The "WOMB BUFFET" Mistake -A Message to My Sisters in Diaspora.

Are you an expecting mother living in the UK, USA, Canada, or Europe?

I’m sharing the #1 mistake I made that turned my kids into picky eaters—and it started in my womb.

We all love our home food. The taste of pounded yam, bitterleaf soup, and Egusi soup brings us comfort, but hunting for expensive international groceries might be making your parenting journey harder.

Eating local, indigenous Western vegetables during pregnancy is the secret to weaning your kids successfully later.

I was spending $10 on a single yam while a bag of potatoes was $3! Being "penny wise and pound foolish" didn't just hurt my wallet—it limited my children's palates.

What you will learn

THE DINNER TABLE DEFEAT: Is it them, or is it me? 🥦🫠

Ever wonder why your friend’s toddler eats grilled salmon and asparagus while yours thinks a green pea is a biological weapon?

Before you spiral into "bad parent" guilt, science has some news for you: It’s probably not your fault.

Here’s the truth behind the "Easy Eaters" vs. the "Selective Connoisseurs":

The Genetic Lottery:
Some kids are "Supertasters." They have more taste buds, making bitter veggies like broccoli taste like actual battery acid to them. They aren't being dramatic; they’re biologically overwhelmed!

🤰 The Womb Buffet:
Believe it or not, flavor training starts in the womb. If a mom ate a ton of garlic or carrots during pregnancy, the baby is statistically more likely to accept those flavors later. (But even then, toddlers have a mind of their own!)

🛑 The Caveman Brain: Around age 2, "Neophobia" kicks in. It’s an evolutionary survival instinct that tells kids: "If it’s new and green, it might be poison." Your kid isn't being stubborn; they're trying to survive the wild - of your living room.

If you’re stressed, exhausted, and currently negotiating "just one bite," you are doing a great job. Some parents caught a lucky break with "easy" eaters, but for the rest of us... we’ll just keep the ketchup handy and try again tomorrow. 🍟

Ready to cease fire of the civil war with food and have your children learn to eat better with my structured sneaky chef plan, slide into my Inbox.

Good morning great people💜💛💚. It's of His mercy we have witnessed Day 70/2026. God be praised🙏

We continue with our question and answer to help our young people or those starting new to walk with God

KINGDOM MECHANICS: The Source Code 🛠️

Philipians 4:19 The Lord will suppĺy all my needs...........

The Question:

"If the unbeliever guy next to me works 40 hours and gets paid, and I, a believer works 40 hours and get paid... what exactly is God ‘supplying’?"

The Answer:

You aren't working for a paycheck; you’re working for a Person. The world has an employer. You have a Provider.

The "Mechanics" Breakdown:

The World’s Engine: Work = Survival. If the company fails, you fail. If you get sick, the supply stops. It’s a closed system.

The Kingdom Engine: Work = Stewardship. God uses the "job" as a delivery truck, but He is the Warehouse. If the truck breaks down, He just sends a different one.

The Differential: A non-believer gets "Currency." A child of God gets "Favor." Favor is the "glitch in the matrix" that makes your $10 go further than their $100. It’s the unexpected discount, the car that lasts 200k miles, and the peace that keeps you from spending money on "stress-relief" habits.

The Take Home:

The world works to get. You work because you have. You aren't "earning" God's provision; you are simply showing up to the place where He told you He’d meet you with it.

"Drop a ‘MECHANIC’ in the comments if you’re ready to stop stressing and start trusting the System!

If this is valuable to you, drop a comment and share it to a friend.

TRUE WELLNESS IS HINGED IN GOD

Did you Know that God Is the Foundation of Wellness?

When God speaks about wellness, He doesn’t separate the soul from the body. From the very beginning, His desire was clear:

“Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth.”
— 3 John 1:2

Wellness was never meant to be a trend. It was God’s idea.

✨ He formed the body.
✨ He breathed life into the soul.
✨ He provided creation as nourishment.

From Eden, God established a rhythm of holistic care:

- “Behold, I have given you every fruit-bearing tree for food.”
- “Grass for the cattle.”
- “Herbs for the service of man.”

He gave food for the body and the Word for the soul, showing us that true wellness is both physical and spiritual. When we nourish one and neglect the other, we live out of balance. But when we align both with His design, we thrive.

This is why faith-based wellness matters.
This is why natural living matters.
This is why caring for your body is not vanity — it’s stewardship.

God is the foundation.
Wellness is the expression.
And we are the vessels He desires to prosper.
