Yoga classes on Mon and Wed also mom and baby yoga and baby massage classes My name is Mary Cromwell. I was so impressed by yoga's holistic approach to life ie.

I've always had a keen interest in Health and Fitness and it was this and a bit of curiosity that led me to attend my first yoga class. a joining of mind body and spirit in everything we do that I went back for more! I began my daily yoga practice and got so much benefit from it that I decided to train to teach yoga. Thus began my 'love affair' with yoga, I've been teaching yoga since 1987 and I love every minute of it. Due to the demand that is out there I then began teaching pregnancy and postnatal yoga having trained with Birthlight Uk. I feel very lucky to 'work' at something that I just love and that keeps me healthy, fit and relaxed. I also teach baby massage having qualified as an Infant Massage Instructor with IAIM (International Association of Infant Massage)

I am a member of The Irish Health Culture Association, Birhtlight Uk, YogaTherapy Ireland and Baby Massage Ireland
