Beginners/Improvers: This class is designed to introduce & start your yoga journey to become aware of your posture, movement & muscle strength. All to improve your mind, body & overall wellbeing.
Intermediate: This class is designed for those that have a good understanding of yoga principles & have already attended classes. It is more physically demanding & you will be challenged on all levels. Modifications will be given to make it less challenging.
