Counselling is a collaborative practice based on respect and understanding. Men's Aid counsellors listen to you, encourage you to open up and work through your experiences and emotions, and may ask questions that can challenge the way you think. Counsellors are non-judgemental and are not there to offer advice but to help you find ways of coping. Even a small donation can make a major impact in someones healing journey.
