Initially I studied in college to become a PE teacher. Growing up I had always been into physical activity and always in physical shape. However, I came to a point in my life where I returned home from America and became overweight. My confidence was shot, I became self-conscious about my body and myself, I felt sluggish, unworthy, not enough, and like I wasn’t going anywhere or doing anything with my life. Soon after this, I lost my uncle to suicide which was an extremely low point in both my life and everyone around me. I portrayed a different image on the external, but I knew something had to change…

I Then Started To Look Up And Study The Mind. I Realized How We Live, What Happens To Us, How We Feel, How We Look Is Completely Within Our Control. I decided to use these events as a way of shaping myself physically and mentally, I lost all the weight and got into the best shape of my life by working on my mental and emotional fitness as much as I did on my physical fitness. It changed my life around and that’s when I decided my true destiny was to do the same for others. I realized that the body, mind and spirit are all connected and is one system. And with working on our physical, mental and emotional fitness we reach and feel a place where we can live life to the fullest. It is my fundamental belief that when we begin to change ourselves internally followed by externally, we open up a new world to ourselves, we live with true health, true fitness, true happiness, true confidence and much more.

Joy here 👋

I’m not going to tell you to start prepping meals, get 10k steps a day, or launch into a brand new routine now that the kids are back to school.

Because as a parent myselfI know that never works for me or our clients here.

When you’re already juggling the emotional load of your house, getting kids settled, figuring out new schedules, and just trying to get through the day — adding more pressure doesn’t help.

Here’s the thing:
Behavioural science tells us that during transition periods, our nervous system is already under stress. That means willpower drops, decision fatigue increases, and we’re far more likely to fall back into old patterns.

So when every gym is shouting “KICKSTART!” or “GET BACK ON TRACK!” — you’re not lazy for feeling overwhelmed.
You’re human.

That’s why our advice right now is different:
🧠 Start small. Think gentle.
💙 Get the kids settled first.
🌿 Spend time outside not just for fitness, but for headspace.
📓 Don’t feel under pressure commit to a full routine on your own...Just notice what your body needs and what support you need.

Once the noise settles and you have the right support, your nervous system calms, then you’ll be able to choose a routine that feels manageable and sustainable.

That’s what we help you do in here. We don’t pile more on top. We walk with you until you feel strong enough to take the next step!

When Eimer first came through the doors, she was unsure, nervous, and hadn't trained in a long time. Like a lot of people, she thought she’d lost her way with fitness and didn’t know where or how to start again. Most gyms felt alien to her and not her place where she could feel comfortable!

But with the support of our coaches, she found her feet. Session by session, her confidence grew. Her strength came back and so did her energy.

Now she’s showing up each week, not just for the gym but more importantly for herself.

Because sometimes all you need is the right environment, the right people, and a bit of support to remind you what you’re capable of!

The truth is… what works for the short term rarely works for the long term for people 40+.

Most gyms will..

This weekend we’re heading off on yearly retreat something to bring people together, step outside the walls of the gym, and build the kind of community that lasts beyond sessions and sets.

We throw in challenges, team stuff, laughs, plenty of fresh air… but what it’s really about is reminding people what they’re capable of. Stepping out of comfort zones, backing each other when it gets tough, and realising you’re part of something bigger than yourself.

WHY I BECAME A MENOPAUSE COACH

This is WAY OUT OF MY COMFORT ZONE BUT > I want to help people going through menopause so I know I need to do push thorough it!!

I wanted to share something personal with you.

When I first started going through menopause, I felt completely lost. Sleep was wrecked. My energy dropped. I didn’t feel like myself physically, emotionally, mentally.

And the worst part? I thought I was just meant to “get on with it.” Because life was so busy, trying to juggle so much, bringing the kids everywhere, I'd feel like I hadn't time to "not get on with it"

But I didn’t want to just survive it. I wanted to understand it, take back some control, and feel like me again.

That’s why I became a menopause coach not to preach, but to walk this road with other women who feel like they’re slipping through the cracks.

If that’s you right now, I see you. You’re not mad. You’re not broken. And you’re definitely not alone!
