A study made by the Institute for Human Cognitive and Brain Science in Leipzig, Germany indicates that a baby who is massaged regularly, receiving ‘pleasant touch’, will experience bonding in the infant’s very DNA and is therefore more likely to naturally bond with his/her own children later in life 💝

Final week… flexibility, fun, and a new way of movement to babies.

The Gentle Movements for infants are movements inspired by the principles of yoga. They are cross-lateral movements, which are vital for an infant’s development, especially the connections between the brain hemispheres. They support coordination and balance.
