Let's face it, meal prepping can be a pain in the a*s!
BUT there are some simple things you can do to make life a little easier for the days ahead.
You can do one thing, or 5 things, whatever suits.
AND meal prepping does not have to be on a Sunday, it can be any day of the week. Mould it to suit you and your routine; and it can be for any meal.
What I have included here will suit lunch and dinner, with a salad/Buddha bowl in mind. Keeping my summer vibrations high 😅
