Because of this, lymphatic drainage is most effective when it’s gentle, mindful and supported by knowledge of anatomy and physiology.
That’s why I offer a full 90-minute session-it’s a comprehensive treatment and needs this time.
The lymphatic system responds best when the work is slow, rhythmic, and unhurried — your body needs time to release, settle and shift fluid in a natural, supported way.
As a trained manual therapist, I tailor every session to your body:
your comfort, your temperature, your unique lymphatic history and any sensitivities (including clients who may have had lymph nodes removed).
