Due to continued growth, Bluebird Care Dublin West is excited to offer an opportunity for a dedicated and experienced Care Coordinator to join our expanding team. Based in our Blanchardstown office.

In this key role, you’ll help ensure that our customers receive the exceptional care and support they deserve.

Key Responsibilities:
1️⃣ Schedule and manage care visits, ensuring smooth service delivery.
2️⃣ Support care assistants and resolve day-to-day queries.
3️⃣ Coordinate new client assessments and assist with onboarding.
4️⃣ Foster strong, trusting relationships with clients and their families.
