OneGym is an all new approach to fitness, with a member-focused approach to fitness located in Navan Our staff come to you!!

All our staff are fully trained fitness instructors who have vast experience in the fitness industry. All our Personal Trainers are highly experienced and have a proven track record in getting not just the results you want, but even more. Our staff just don't sit behind a desk and wait for you to ask them questions. We like to talk to our members to see how they are getting on, to see if they would like some tips on their workout programme and to just have the "banter". We are passionate to making your workouts work for you in a friendly, fun and safe environment. We have all the latest cardio equipment such as treadmills, bikes, steppers and cross trainers, all with built in TV's. Our extensive range of free weights, benches and plate loaded strength equipment will satisfy anybodys needs from weight training beginners to serious body builders. We also have an array of Elite Performance fitness equipment for all our sporting enthusiasts. Our 3 state-of-the-art class studios offer: Les Mills Body Pump,TRX, Spinning for beginners & advanced, Box Active, Circuit Training, Kettlebells, 30/30, Abb Blast, Step Aerobics, Bums Tums & Thighs & Kids Active. We are all about leading the way for fitness. So we continuously invest heavily in purchasing the best new machines (not refurbished ones), developing our fitness class rooms and looking at ways to extend the building so that we give our members the best experience, they rightly deserve
