We’re happy to say we’re all sorted for volunteers at this week’s parkrun. We’ve still got a few pacing spots up for grabs though, if anyone wants to give it a go. It’s a nice way to help others out and mix up your run a bit. Just drop us a message if you’re interested and we’ll get you slotted in!

A huge well done to everyone who took part in Navan Parkrun Event 469 today! It’s great to say that, bar a few pacer slots, the roster is looking full for next week’s event, which is amazing to see. If anyone would like to take on a pacing role, just send us a message and we’ll happily pop you down. And if you’re available to volunteer in the weeks ahead, we’d love to have you involved!

Congratulations to Fiona Brady on completing her fantastic 150th parkrun at Navan yesterday! Since first joining the Navan parkrun community in 2017, Fiona has been a familiar and welcome presence, always arriving with a smile on her face and bringing great energy to the event. Wishing her the very best of luck for the next 150!

Huge congratulations to Olaf Dennison on completing his incredible 300th parkrun! As one of the founding members of the Navan parkrun committee back in October 2015, Olaf has been at the heart of the event from the very beginning. Alongside reaching this remarkable milestone, he has volunteered 239 times across more than 20 different roles, including Run/Event Director. No problem is ever too big for Olaf to sort, and when he’s not out on the course, he’s always at the finish line ready to share advice, especially when it comes to the latest running shoes. Thank you, Olaf, for everything you’ve done for Navan parkrun; it simply wouldn’t be what it is today without you

Well done to all 144 participants who took part in Navan Parkrun #468 on a sunny morning, it was great to see a mix of first timers, PBs, and familiar faces out on the course.
