It’s not long, but it’s mine. A tiny pause that reminds me to breathe, ground, and reset.

Held space today for a beautiful well-being event—

Setting Intentions, journaling workshop, meditation,stillness, mindfulness skills , autonomy, and connection were the offered facilitations that were offered today.

These gatherings are my heart work.

Nothing fills my cup quite like holding space for others to slow down + come back to themselves.
This event reminded me: we all need a moment to exhale.

Thank you to everyone who showed up with open hearts.

Facilitating well-being events is where I feel most aligned—sharing tools, creating calm and holding space for deep connection.

If you’ve been craving that kind of pause… something special is on the way.

Hosting these events reminds me why I started this journey: to people remember their power, their calm, their centre.
