www.yogabodyireland.com Donal has been practicing meditation for more than 20 years and yoga for more than 12.

He has a BA (Hons) in Psychology and is a qualified yoga teacher. He has taught yoga at the Dublin Buddhist Centre, Sunyata retreat centre and to Tipperary senior county hurlers. He is a director and teacher at Sunyata Retreat centre, Co. Clare where he teachers yoga and meditation. He has also run mindulness courses in-house for businesses and in cancer support centres. m: 087 9656398
