Join a group of men who understand what youβre going through. Our group offers connection and support through shared activities.
π· οΈWHO ITβS FOR β’ Men of all ages who have been diagnosed with cancerβ whether youβre newly diagnosed, in treatment, or post treatment. You do not have to be a client of Solas to join these activities.

π·οΈ WHAT WE OFFER β’ Gentle group activities once a month - gentle sporting activities, games, visits to places of interest β’ Peer support from men whoβve been there β’ Relaxed, friendly meetups.
π·οΈ OUR OCTOBER ACTIVITY On Monday 10th November the Menβs Hub will meet in the Butlers Centre, St Johnβs Park, Waterford, for Walking Soccer. The Group will meet at 11am and have refreshments afterwards. All abilities are welcome- this is a modified version of soccer that uses walking instead of running, making it a low-impact activity.
