If anyone has any free time to help over the week of the fleadh cheoil to empty bins with returnable cans and bottles to raise valuable funds for Annabelle's foundation please get in touch. Any help is very much appreciated

Annabelle's Foundation IS IN NEED OF ASSISTANCE FROM ANYONE WHO IS ATTENDING THE FLEADH CHEOIL THIS COMING WEEK

Annabelle’s Foundation are in need of volunteers during the Fleadh Cheoil throughout the week the 3rd - 10th August. All we ask of you is to observe if they need to be emptied and text us on the number below , or you may want to help us return bottle bins to our collection point in Wexford town. ;)

What this means for us : Every bottle or can returned to the yellow bins , we will receive payment and it will all go directly towards the Foundation.

There will be yellow bins all over wexford with our logo , (which of course is our beautiful Annabelle with her pink glasses) generously designed by Mandy Dalton 💖

We are getting a team of volunteers together over the week. If you feel you would like to give up some of your time to help us raise much needed funds in aid of Annabelle’s Foundation please contact us on 089-2589825.

We would like to welcome you to our opening day on the 24th of May at our new premises The Wellness Room Priory St, New Ross, (just beside daybreak). We will be welcoming everyone from 11 am to 2pm, where you can chat to all our therapists about the treatments and workshops that we offer.
There will be complementary drinks and nibbles on the day. Everyone who comes along will be entered into a free draw for some wonderful treatments. We look forward to meeting you all on the day and look forward to showing you around.

In Tcm dryness is called Yin Deficiency which is a lacking of fluids. These symptoms are caused by your lifestyle choices and the body ages quicker and becomes rigid and overheated. Having a good intake of fluids, getting enough sleep and a balanced diet will all help reduce these symptoms. Acupuncture can help bring your body back into balance along with healthy changes. We have decades of experience in the Wellness field and look forward to greeting all our clients old and new into our new and brighter business.

There are 6 channels that run through our feet, the Gall Bladder, Liver, Kidney, Stomach, Spleen and Bladder. Warm feet indicate good circulation and energy flow. When our qi is flowing freely and the body is warm our blood flows freely. Coldness in the body slows down this movement of qi and blood. Pay attention to your feet if you are trying to conceive. Soaking our feet in warm water, wearing socks and eating warming foods all help to warm up the body and acupuncture helps move any blockages of energy from the cold.
