Are you wondering what our opening hours and prices are?

Monday to Thursday, we're open 5pm - 10pm (the last session is 9pm)

This is for an infrared sauna and ice bath session. Spend the full 50 minutes basking in the beautiful infrared heat or dip in and out to test yourself in either sub 4°C or if that's too cold. Maybe 9°C is more your vibe!

Friday We're open 5pm - 10pm for a full recovery session, this includes use of our compression boots and sleeves and whirlpool bath (last session 9pm)

Saturday and Sunday, we're open 10 am -10 pm for a full recovery session. This includes the use of our compression boots, sleeves, and whirlpool bath (last session 9pm)
