Knee pain be gone… shoulder movement increased with exercises on how to maintain and keep improving.

As Dillon well knows, with this type of training, mobility can become an issue. A simple matter of knowing the anatomy that restricts and the movements/treatment/exercises to reverse this makes what we do effective!
