Two highly qualified & experienced instructors providing fun and motivating classes for people at all levels of fitness. We use a circuit style layout and include various types of training including interval training and a range of bodyweight exercises. This is great training for anybody wanting to improve their general wellbeing, fitness levels, achieve weight loss, tone up or improve their muscu
