The Five Tibetan Rites are now on Wednesdays at 10am in the Solas Croí Spa at the Brandon House Hotel starting on Wednesday 22nd April.
Join me in this wonderful practice designed to restore harmony and balance.
We will begin with gentle warm-ups, followed by nine poses that work on the body's energy centres to promote vitality and wellbeing. The class will end with a guided relaxation to help nourish and nurture your whole self.
