Wexford Civil Defence New Ross Unit, which is commonly referred to as "New Ross Civil Defence" by the local community, is a sub unit of county Wexford Civil Defence. New Ross is comprised of two sub units, a Casualty (ambulance/first aid) service and an Auxillary Fire Service. Volunteers often cross train in other emergency skills & services to enhance their skillset.
