In the video last week for Balanced Bodies, Signe mentioned that a proportion of clients she works with have ADHD and/or Autism.
Some of Signe's wisdom:

" I invite you to take a look at this fascinating, intense, detailed diagram below created by Katy Higgins Lee. I have spent time with it and the more I look at it's overlapping areas the more "aha" moments I get. In the very center of the triple overlapping area are qualities such as "emotional sensitivity", "sensory differences", "executive function difficulties". These type of qualities and traits become challenges for functioning and fitting into the regular everyday world. A build up of echoes of these lived challenges in the body, if there is a difficulty and a lack of support for processing them, too often leads to nervous system running and looping in the fight-flight-freeze mode and that consequently has a knock on effect on health and wellbeing in the body-mind-spirit.
Here is my little tuppence worth. I know that place of fast, stuck, over-driving nervous system too well. Craniosacral therapy was the one major support in my life for putting a break on, soothing and finally re-balancing my nervous system on fire. The first hand experience of support I received from Craniosacral therapy was the seed that brought me to learning the skills myself. ❤️"
