At our clinics we adapt a hands-on approach using mobilization and massage techniques. Each patient is assessed individually and stretching and exercise programs are demonstrated and implemented into home exercise programs. Dry needling and other techniques are used where appropriate. Arnica massage balm is used for most treatments and is available to purchase from the clinics. Each treatment lasts 30 – 40 minutes approximately. Progress for each patient is reviewed regularly and where appropriate referrals to other health care professional are used. For your benefit, communication is kept with GPs at all times and progress reports are written to GPs/ Consultants upon discharge.
