BRAVERY….

It’s the missing piece of the puzzle for most people..

The courage to say ā€œI can’t go on like thisā€

ā€œSomething needs to changeā€

It’s exactly what CiarĆ”n had that separates his result from everyone else…

He knew he needed to change how he was eating and living…

He didn’t know exactly how to do it but he was brave enough to say I want a different future for myself…

That’s all he needed…

I always say to clients when they first come on board…

A LIFESTYLE CHANGE

It’s normal to feel like the whole getting fit thing SHOULD be common sense…

I mean it seems simple enough - just exercise a bit and stop eating s**t food right??

It’s very normal to have these thoughts ā˜ļøā˜ļø

It’s also very common to feel like a failure when you’re not able to make that approach work..

The incredible transformation above is John and he had a similar mindset before starting the program..

He was actually eating too little and possibly doing too much exercise..

He was nearly making hard work of it…

Coaching is a bit like bringing your car to a mechanic for a service…

You could do it yourself but you’d have to Google all the steps, then figure out how to take the car apart to do the service and then put it all back together…

It would be far more simple to let the mechanic do it so you can worry about what’s actually important to you like spending time with loved ones and enjoying life…

Coaching is the same - my clients don’t have to think about all the small details of there diet or exercise because I’ve it all laid out for them…

All they have to do is eat the food and do the exercise šŸ˜‚

Right now I’m currently taking on my last ever group of online personal training clients…

I DON’T HAVE TIME….

I hear this all of the time…

It’s normal to think that way…

The world is so busy these days…

There is a lot going on…

But here’s the thing…

What if you had more energy?

What if you could get more done in less time?

That’s what happened to Riche (above) one of our hero clients…

He genuinely did not have time…

But he needed to make a change because he was not happy with his weight or in himself..

But to his surprise…

Some of it will be water weight. šŸ’§

It’s also the key to having the motivation to go to the gym and pick the healthy foods over the not so healthy foods….

Let me explain..

Do you ever think to yourself šŸ’­šŸ’­

ā€œWhy can I just not seem to stick to something for more than a few weeksā€

or a few days in some cases…

You have such good intentions..

You feel really motivated..

You’re preparing some salads to take for lunch šŸ„—

Out running after work even though you low key hate running šŸ˜‚

But then you miss a dayā€¦šŸ„“

You end up having to get fast food šŸ²

or there’s a social occasion šŸŗ

and a few weeks later you’re embarrassed when someone asks you

ā€œwhat happened that diet you were onā€
