Our Story

We will deliver the best possible fitness and nutrition solutions to our customers’ needs through fun, challenging, appropriate and effective programs, thereby being recognised as a unique and respected fitness resource for our community.
CDC started in a run down shed in 2013. I had the cheapest fitness equipment, it’s what I could afford, a concrete floor with no matting, in winter it was colder in the gym than outside, in summer it was like an oven, way too dangerous to train! and.. to top it off I started my business in the hight of a recession. However I did not give up.
Now, 2020, we deliver the most unique and diverse classes in Newcastle West with top class trainers.
