|Kerry Kefir Coconut Chia Pudding Recipe|
Super easy & loaded with gut friendly goodness! 🥄🦠🍉

4 Ingredient Kefir Chia Seed Pudding!

This recipe is super simple to make and is ideal to have ready in advance for breakfast or as a snack. It’s honestly delish- I promise you’ll be looking forward to breakfast 😍

What you’ll need:
•1-2 Tbsp Chia Seeds
•4 Tbsp Kerry Kefir 🥛🦠
•5 Tbsp Yoghurt (I used Vanilla Coconut yoghurt 🥥)
•1 tsp Sweetener (I used honey, but maple syrup or chicory root syrup would be super options too)
•Toppings of your choice - I used mango, pomegranate and a chopped granola bar

Mix the yoghurt, kefir, chia seeds and sweetener in a jar 🫙

Leave in the fridge for at least 2 hours or overnight (8 hours) to thicken (the chia seeds will expand to thicken to a pudding consistency)

Top with your chosen toppings and enjoy!🤤

NOTE: the coconut yoghurt I used was nice and thick. If the yoghurt you use is on the thinner side you can increase the amount of chia seeds- depending on how thick you like the pudding to get

ALSO NOTE: If you have a sensitive tummy (hello IBS), stick to 1 Tbsp of chia seeds, unless you know you can tolerate more

ALSO ALSO NOTE: Over the course of 2-8 hours, Kerry Kefir will slightly ferment the yoghurt increasing the beneficial probiotics in this pudding 🦠🦠🦠🦠🦠🦠
