Hi, I’m a certified reflexologist with a deep passion for supporting people’s well-being. My journey began in horticulture, where I developed a strong connection with natural health and care. For the past 18 years, I’ve been working in healthcare as a Health Care Assistant, gaining invaluable experience in supporting individuals through various stages of life. Reflexology is the next chapter in my path — one where I can bring together my practical experience, understanding of the body, and holistic knowledge to help others feel better, naturally. Through this practice, I aim to provide a safe, calming space where clients can relax, restore balance, and support their body’s natural healing process. ✨ Continuing to Learn ✨

On Monday, I had the pleasure of attending a CPD course in Cancer care Reflexology with the wonderful tutor, Denise Hanlon, at OBUS Academy. 🙏

The course was both insightful and inspiring from an educational perspective. Cancer, unfortunately, remains such a prominent challenge in our society, and I feel grateful to have deepened my knowledge in this area.

With this upgrade, I can now integrate my care to better support clients and families who are going through, or who have come through, cancer treatment. Reflexology can offer comfort, relaxation, and relief — and I am proud to continue learning so that I can bring these benefits to those who need them most. 💚

Sometimes we forget the simplest rhythm of life: our breath.
Every inhale is inspiration — bringing in fresh energy, clarity, possibility.
Every exhale is expiration — letting go of tension, fatigue, and what no longer serves us.

Breathing deeply isn’t just calming — it’s a way of reconnecting with ourselves. When paired with reflexology, the effect is even stronger:
🌿 Gentle pressure on reflex points supports relaxation.
🌿 The body responds by releasing stress, restoring balance.

💡 Reflexology is a precise therapeutic technique that applies targeted pressure to specific reflex points on the feet (or hands and ears). These points correspond to organs, glands, and systems throughout the body. It’s not about working out knots in your feet—it's about stimulating your body’s own healing response.

Here’s how reflexology differs from a foot massage:

Massage relaxes muscles. Reflexology supports internal balance and healing through the nervous system.

🔹 Focus:
Massage treats the area being worked on. Reflexology treats the entire body through the feet.

🌸 Resilience in Bloom 🌬️🦶

This week, I’m sharing images of delicate flowers clinging to mountain cliffs—growing against all odds. With barely any soil to root in, exposed to harsh winds and extreme conditions, they still bloom with grace, color, and an intoxicating scent.

This is the power of resilience.

Just like these flowers, we, too, can thrive even when life feels barren or unsteady. When the ground beneath us feels narrow and the winds of stress howl around us, resilience is what allows us to remain rooted—to bloom.

In reflexology, I see this resilience every day. Clients come with tension, exhaustion, and emotional strain. But with just the right touch, like nature’s own therapy, their bodies begin to soften. As pressure points are released, it’s as if those wildflowers begin to bloom inside—releasing calm, lightness, and renewal.

And just like the scent of flowers high on a cliff, the healing during a reflexology session is subtle but powerful. It soothes the nervous system, calms the breath, and restores balance—reminding us that beauty and strength can coexist, even in the most unexpected places.

So this week, let these wildflowers be your reminder:
