Yoga for All - Jill leads 3 new online Yoga Practices a week which are sent directly to your inbox.

We stream our practices from our studio in Wicklow, the Garden of Ireland. We have been doing this since March 2020 and already have over 250 hours of Yoga which is accessible to patrons.

Our latest session has just gone live.

As you may have noticed we ain't very active on social media but we are popping in again just to say our latest practice has gone live.

FYI We still deliver 3 sessions a week which you can do at anytime.

Thinking of trying Yoga in 2024 - give it a go now. 12 Days of Yoga will be available to all starting with a short meditation on Christmas Day ❤️🧘‍♀️
