Instrument re-introduction - my beautiful Peter Hess phKSET-30 bowls. Consisting of a universal bowl; a small heart bowl and a pelvic bowl. These bowls are played by striking them with a mallet. The sounds promotes relaxation and deep meditation and I use these bowls in my private Sound Massage treatments and my monthly Sound Baths.

Instrument Re-Introduction - My Meinl Kenari Seed Chime. This seed chime is made from nutshells attached to a solid piece of mahogany. The seed pods create a powerful and crisp sound.

Instrument re-introduction - My Koshi Wind Chime. The beautiful tone from this instrument creates a very soothing atmosphere that everyone can enjoy.

Used in Sound Massages or Sound Baths it can clear stagnant energy.

Instrument re- introduction - My favourite of all my instruments, my Meinl Ocean Drum. Played softly and gently, with one’s eyes closed you will feel you are sitting right by the edge of the sea 🌊🤩. It transports you in seconds promoting a grounding and relaxing state.
