Guided meditation/breathwork to begin with , moving into a beautiful yoga session with yoga tune up balls (small, high-density therapy balls designed for self-myofascial release to relieve muscle tension, improve flexibility, and provide a deep tissue massage).
After yoga you will relax onto your mat, where you will be guided with yoga nidra into a profound state of relaxation.
