CHOCOLATE CHIA TRUFFLES.
These truffles are the perfect energy boost during the day or pre/post workout snack💫

6 INGREDIENTS
100g Dates
2 Tbsp Cocoa Powder
1 Tbsp Smooth Peanut Butter
1 Tbsp Ground Almonds
Juice of 1/4 Large Orange

3 Tbsp Chia Seeds

METHOD
1. Soak the Dates in hot water for 20 minutes then drain off water.
2. Blend the Dates, Cocoa Powder, Peanut Butter, Ground Almonds & Orange Juice in a food processor.
3. Place mixture on non-stick paper in the fridge for half an hour.
4. Once cooled, roll into 10 truffles and roll through the Chia Seeds.
These truffles can be stored in a container in the fridge for up to a week. You can add orange zest too if you like more of a tang!🍊

CHIA & MANGO BREAKFAST POT. This fresh, summer breakfast can be made the night before so you’re ready to go in the morning🌟

5 INGREDIENTS
4 Tbsp Jumbo Oats
1 Tsp Chia Seeds
2 Tbsp Plain Low-Fat Yoghurt
1 Scoop Vanilla Whey Protein
Splash of Milk
1/4 Fresh Mango Chopped

METHOD
1. Mix the Oats, Chia Seeds, Yoghurt, Protein and Milk in a jar and top with Mango.
2. Leave in the fridge over night ready to go the next morning.
You can top the jar with some granola the next morning for a crunchier texture!

I never reached for porridge as breakfast when I was younger, only because I always found it bland and never knew what to top it with... but then you realise you can literally put anything you like on it!!! You’re favourite fruits, spreads, nut butters, seeds, chocolate, jams, yogurt.... the toppings are endless ✨And now it’s one of my go to breakfasts....
This morning I topped my porridge with cocoa & orange energy balls🍊(thanks to ), made with sunflower seeds, chia seeds, real orange & cocoa nibs 😍 They’re perfect to add to porridge bowls or even as a snack with tea ☕️ Who doesn’t love a tasty snack while also adding to your fibre intake ??? (Each packet provides almost 5g of fibre!!) 🤩
