GRANNY CRANIO 💖

Throw back to a warm sunny family gathering when my mum asked me to “do her neck “ 🤗
It can be a challenge offering CST to family because it’s hard to be ‘neutral’ around a those you love ❤️

But she wasn’t taking no for an answer 😂😂

She says CST really helps her sleep better and feel more relaxed in her body

It’s a gift to be able to offer this to my mum 🥰🥰

FEELING ROSEY 💕💕

Skully took a shine to my roses that I brought into clinic today ….. they smell soooo good 🤩

All my clients had long sniff from these beautifully scented roses and left with their hearts a light lighter 💕

FRIDAY FEELS ❤️❤️

This wee dote was just at the end of his CST session and he was so zen, that he didn’t even waken up when mum put his baby grow back on 🥰🥰

This was his second session of CST and his body had loosened out quite a bit ; when I first saw him his left side was really tight and he would not have been able to relax his arms back like this .

He follows in the footsteps of his big brother and sister whom I met several years ago for their cranial session when they were babies .

A wonderful gift mum has given them all 😍😍😍

Perfect way to the end of a days work -a walk and then a dip in the sea 🏊‍♀️

And just when I thought my day couldn’t get any better , I bumped into a young family (who visited me for CST as babies ) as I was getting out of the water.

The 3yr old whom I saw all the way through mums pregnancy and as a newborn asked could she hug me 🥰
A precious moment for me for sure and mum said to me that she doesn’t give away hugs easily especially to ‘strangers’ ……

I like to think that on some non conscious level that little girl knew exactly who I was as we had bonded before during CST ❤️❤️

CRANIAL MEMBRANE RELEASE

It’s wonderful to receive feedback from a client after a session ..
this mum told me that her son who wouldn’t usually chat too much , was talking non stop and asking lots and lots of questions after a few sessions of CST

This has helped him be better able in school and engage in his learning in a more positive way.

During one of his sessions, there was huge release in one of his cranial membranes and it released so much tension in his central nervous system that he could be more present in everyday life

On his last session with me I was even “allowed “to converse with him and mum in the room whereas before we had to be completely silent 🤩🤩

His body felt softer and less rigid 😍

He went for an 8km bike ride when usually it would be a chore for mum to try to engage him in any exercise 🤗

I am constantly in awe of this gentle therapy 🥰🥰
