Childcare and breastfeeding mean that you can’t always attend your appointment alone. Please feel free to bring your little one along to any consultations or 1:1 Pilates. There is a lift in the building for buggies 🛗

Unfortunately, our Pilates studio is not large enough to accommodate for babies in our Pilates classes. If you are unable to attend classes due to any of the above then why not check out our online Pilates classes at pelvichealthwest.ie 🧘🏼‍♀️
