A massive well done to employee of the month for February, our amazing HCA Amy Louise and what a deserving winner she is. Amy shows maturity and understanding beyond her young years, she is kind, caring, compassionate and dedicated to her role. Amy is the funny, cheeky one… she makes us all smile and laugh and is a firm favourite among residents and staff alike. Amy goes above and beyond her duties every single day, she is a complete team player and is always the first to offer a helping hand even when she has her own things to do. Amy treats her residents like family members, she is always advocating for their needs and providing a voice to those who find it difficult to communicate their issues. For such a young girl, Amy has deep understanding of the challenges and obstacles that residents try to overcome each day. She works closely with her team to relay issues and concerns that may arise and ensures that all resident needs are met. As a colleague, Amy is something special. She is extremely funny, talented, willing, considerate and one of the ones who has a way of getting away with anything. It is a pleasure to work alongside her everyday.
