Oriel Yoga and Pilates Radiant Body Yoga a beautiful blend of Vinyasa Flow with Kundalini and Tantra. I also teach Pilates with Weights and Children's Yoga.

A practice designed to meet you where you are at and awaken you to your inner wisdom and radiance. The yoga I teach is flowing, mindful and dynamic where the poses are linked through the breath. The Pilates I teach emphasizes alignment, breathing, developing a strong core and improving coordination and balance.

Pilates with Weights for Teenage Girls

Weds 6-7pm

I am so excited to be offering this new class ✨

For many years I have worked with teens through Strength & Conditioning, Pilates and Yoga with camogie and football teams, swim teams, scouts and in both primary and secondary schools.

We all know there is a higher drop-out rate of sport and physical activity in young women than in young men.

Keeping girls physically active greatly improves confidence, psychological resilience and academic and professional success later in life.

Many teens already come to my Yoga and Pilates classes with their mums (as daughters go FREE in all my classes!), but I really wanted to offer a space just for teenage girls — whether they play sport or not — to come along with friends or team-mates.

In this class we will focus on:
• Building strength
• Confidence
• Body positivity
• Fitness
• And having fun 💙

As always, loads of modifications are offered, making this suitable for everyone.

I’m so looking forward to starting back next week.

The schedule is the same as last term, with the addition of a

Teens Pilates with Weights class on Wednesdays at 6pm

Classes
Radiant Body Yoga

Yoga will focus on moving our bodies, getting grounded, flowing and breathing, with breath and meditation practices at the end.

Pilates with Weights

We will focus on strength and mobility, helping to prevent injury and build a strong, confident body.

As always in January, we will start gently and build gradually over the weeks.

Term Details
This is a 5-week term until mid-term
followed by another 5-week term to Easter.

Prices
• €12 drop-in
• €50 for the 5-week term
• €100 unlimited classes for 5 weeks

All classes are mixed level – everyone is welcome. You work at your own pace and modifications are always offered.

Daughters go free in all my classes.💞

Winter Solstice......

Cultivating our inner light building our Luminosity.

Ola and I once again celebrated the Winter Solstice with some Breath Work a Kriya to develop our Subtlety and a Breath of Light. Then we integrated the effects of all that with an amazing Sound Bath.

Very grateful for these opportunities to co create with Ola and all the beautiful who showed up, to acknowledge and celebrate the "Grianstad".

What a fantastic term of Pilates with Weights on Tuesdays and Wednesdays! We kicked off each week with tai chi / chi gong, and I loved watching everyone progress at their own pace. From lifting heavier weights to mastering balance and deep stretching. My favorite part? The bond between mothers and daughters (daughters attend for free!), and women of all ages, from teens to 70s, working towards their goals together. It's a truly powerful experience.

End of Radiant Body Yoga Term.....

Such a joy and gift in my life to teach Yoga. Finished another 6 week term of Thurs and Saturday mornings Yoga.

This term we dove deep into the Chakras, practicing a different Kriya every week moving from root to crown over 6 weeks.

After Christmas we will focus on really getting into our bodies, moving stagnation and lethargy and accessing our inner radiance.

Practicing strong Vinyasa sequences focusing on breath and movement with short meditation and breath practices to access our inner luminosity.

Thank you so much for joining me on this evolutionary journey we are all on, so grateful.

I am so delighted to let you know of some beautiful offerings for the next 3 Friday's.

This time of year can be challenging for some. A natural tendency towards hibernation drawing inward and slowing down can sometimes come up against a busy schedule or rushed feelings inside.

It is a real time for reflection, meditation and practices that cultivate our inner light. The dark evenings and dull days can be heavy though and so it is so important to build resilience and inner strength.

It is a really great time to do things that nurture you - walks in nature🍂🍁 baking, reading by the fire 🔥📖 or an evening of yoga, breathwork, meditation and sound healing.🎶 😍

Stepping into the darkest part of the year.......

November really does herald in the cold dark evenings, hibernation, warm fires and maybe some quiet time for introspection, meditation and reflection.🙇

My classes are back next week with a 6 week term up to Christmas.

No Monday night class this term I'm afraid, my children's schedule has stepped in again! 🫣

❤️I also am delighted to have 4 special offerings in the coming weeks.

🌞We will also celebrate the winter Solstice on Sun Dec 21st early morning.

These are all in the Pavilion in Dunleer.

🍂On Fri Nov 28th I have a collaboration with Miriam Gaynor offering Yoga and Sound Bath in Philipstown Community Centre.

🤗These offerings are open to everyone. Beautiful opportunities for some gentle movement, Kriya, meditation and deep healing rest.

Can be hard in September to get back into the routine. But wow what beautiful classes on offer in so many locations at so many different times and days.

Contact the teachers directly for more details. Call them up. I love it when someone rings or texts me to find out more about my classes. I get so excited to share my enthusiasm for what I do and all of these teachers are the same.

It is so great to go to a class..... Meeting others, moving your body, tuning into yourself, taking care of your self. Whichever kind of class you go to. Enjoy ♥️
