Sooooo grateful, 🤗
Another term finished up. Feeling so blessed to do something I love so much with such a amazing community of like minded souls. Really lovely tea, protein balls and cookies to chat and laugh at the end of the term. ❤️
In Pilates we moved and breathed, building strength, mobility and flexibility using dumbells, resistance bands, physio balls and magic circles. Many students lifted heavier weights than previously, building strength and power through consistency
In Yoga we also moved and breathed learning to train our minds, focus and access our inner wisdom while also building strength and flexibility.
All my classes are open to all, everyone works at their own level of intensity finding their own edge. Backing off where required, pushing through if they can.
