The yoga I teach is flowing, mindful and dynamic where the poses are linked through the breath. The Pilates I teach emphasizes alignment, breathing, developing a strong core and improving coordination and balance.

Full moon yoga, sound bath, cacao and fire ceremony......

Some photos from an amazing experience..... Started with cacao... Then a kriya for healing and heart energy..... Then an incredible sound bath finishing with a fire ceremony, burning what no longer serves us and calling in our dream for the future. The dream letters will be posted to each person on the new moon..... Deep work.... Healing work..... Connection, transformation, some laughter, some tears, lots of hugs..... Sooooo grateful..... Wow wow wow this is what I get to be a part of.
Gotta pinch myself sometimes.

Ola and I will move indoors for monthly Full Moon offerings all winter. It's just too good to not keep going!

Ola and I are once again collaborating ♥️...

Definitely we become more than the sum of our parts when we work together.

August 8th is a powerful date. Aligned with the full moon in Aquarius and the Lions Gate Portal. A time of powerful heart opening, soul alignment and manifestation.

We will be partaking of some gorgeous cacao, doing a heart opening kriya, burning old tendencies /patterns/emotions and calling in new ways of being in a fire ceremony.

Chanting for the full moon and then soaking and absorbing Olas incredible healing sound bath.

All in the beautiful, peaceful surroundings of my garden with the sounds of nature.

Yoga Mela Festival at Divinya in Sweden.....
Wow wow wow soooo blessed and grateful to be here.....

Practicing and spending time wth my amazing teacher Kia Miller and so so many wonderful friends.....

My cup is definitely being filled... So inspired, so many incredible teachings....

This is my second year here and in my heart I know this is my annual pilgrimage going forward. Such an incredibly special festival.♥️❤️

Guru Purnima...
Full Moon Yoga and Sound Bath celebrating the guru... The guru within each of us and also all those gurus who have guided us in our lives and on our path as we move from darkness towards the light....

Such a beautiful evening, such a very special experience, thank you Kelly for bringing your sound magic .....

We will celebrate the Full Moon in August with yoga and sound bath..... Kriya, breath, meditation and mantra to prepare the body mind to receive the deep healing of the sound bath....

I will share details closer to the time.

I am so delighted to offer another Full Moon class in my garden. These are very special occasions.

We practice some movement, breathwork and kriya to really get into our bodies and steady our minds. Then we receive the incredible healing benefits of a Sound Bath.

Kelly Donnolly will be doing the sound bath. I have been wanting to collaborate with Kelly for some time and so am very excited to get this opportunity.

These classes are very unique. We are in nature, dropping into our own deeper self, in community, receiving and feeling our connection to ourselves and to all that surrounds us.

Full Strawberry Moon Yoga and Sound Bath..... Wow wow wow what an experience..... We started with a slow breath focused yoga practice inhaling 4 exhaling for 6 to unwind physical and mental tension. Then a breath practice to balance the autonomic nervous system, bringing us into a more highly regulated state in the body and mind.... Then we practiced the Full Moon meditation for strength of heart and graceful enlightenment (see the last picture for instructions from my amazing teacher Kia Miller)
Then the Sound Bath! Phew no words can describe this, Ola is a master of her trade. We were all transported by the experience.... Thank you so much to Ola, to all who turned up, to my amazing teacher Kia Miller, to the intelligence within us all and all around us and thank you so much for these tools to access our deeper wisdom .....
