Pilates with Weights for Teenage Girls

I am so excited to be offering this new class ✨
For many years I have worked with teens through Strength & Conditioning, Pilates and Yoga with camogie and football teams, swim teams, scouts and in both primary and secondary schools.
We all know there is a higher drop-out rate of sport and physical activity in young women than in young men.
Keeping girls physically active greatly improves confidence, psychological resilience and academic and professional success later in life.
Many teens already come to my Yoga and Pilates classes with their mums (as daughters go FREE in all my classes!), but I really wanted to offer a space just for teenage girls — whether they play sport or not — to come along with friends or team-mates.
In this class we will focus on:
• Building strength
• Confidence
• Body positivity
• Fitness
• And having fun 💙
As always, loads of modifications are offered, making this suitable for everyone.
