Oriel Yoga and Pilates Radiant Body Yoga a beautiful blend of Vinyasa Flow with Kundalini and Tantra. I also teach Pilates with Weights and Children's Yoga.

A practice designed to meet you where you are at and awaken you to your inner wisdom and radiance. The yoga I teach is flowing, mindful and dynamic where the poses are linked through the breath. The Pilates I teach emphasizes alignment, breathing, developing a strong core and improving coordination and balance.

Our Bealtaine celebration under the Full Moon in Scorpio was a night to remember, with yoga, breathwork, and sound bath.

Karen's guidance through movement, my balancing breath for the autonomic nervous system and Kelly's sound bath created a truly magical atmosphere.

Drinking dandelion and nettle tea we set intentions and released what no longer serves us in the Bealtaine flames. A truly enchanting experience 🧚

Radiant Body Yoga Thurs 9.45am and Saturday 8.45am

Radiant Body Yoga (RBY) as taught by Kia Miller, my incredible teacher, is a holistic and transformational approach to yoga. Combining physical postures, Vinyasa style flow, Kriya, breathwork, meditation and mantra.

With its roots in the kundalini, ta***ic and ashtanga traditions. I feel so blessed to learn, practice and teach these empowering and powerful yoga practices.

These practices are designed to awaken each practitioner to their higher nature. I have this exact experience and I see it in so many of my students. Accessing your own deeper wisdom and inner Luminosity.

This term we have been practicing Vinyasa Flow to really get into our bodies and then from this grounded place diving into vishoka meditation to merge the mind and breath and turn them inward, allowing us to nourish and rejuvenate ourselves at every level of our being.

The Flower Full Moon is coming πŸŒ•!

Next Friday, May 1st, Karen, Kelly, and I will be hosting an offering of gentle Yoga, Breathwork and Sound Healing all about release and transformation πŸŽ‘.

We'll be either in my garden or Philipstown Community Centre (weather dependent) .

Tues 9:45am & Weds 7pm Pilates with Weights. My classes focus on mobility & strength, tailored to your pace.

Each week we'll do full body mobility & core, with a weekly focus on either upper or lower body strength.

Drop by Philipstown Community Centre - no booking required. Bring your own dumbbells & mat if you have them, otherwise we've got you covered. Let's move & feel good!

Sooooo grateful, πŸ€—
Another term finished up. Feeling so blessed to do something I love so much with such a amazing community of like minded souls. Really lovely tea, protein balls and cookies to chat and laugh at the end of the term. ❀️

In Pilates we moved and breathed, building strength, mobility and flexibility using dumbells, resistance bands, physio balls and magic circles. Many students lifted heavier weights than previously, building strength and power through consistency

In Yoga we also moved and breathed learning to train our minds, focus and access our inner wisdom while also building strength and flexibility.

All my classes are open to all, everyone works at their own level of intensity finding their own edge. Backing off where required, pushing through if they can.

So delighted to start a new 5 week term this week. Bringing us up to Easter πŸ‡

πŸ™ In Radiant Body Yoga we will continue to build our focus on breath and movement. Steady, flowing sequences to unite breath and mind and turn them inward.

Calming the mind and connecting with the inner witness, awakening an experience of wholeness and peace within. πŸ™

πŸ’ͺ In Pilates with Weights we will continue to really work on mobility, getting into those tight hips and joints.

Using the weights to build strength and balls/magic circles etc to build core strength.

Strength, mobility and flexibility. πŸ‹πŸΌ

πŸ€— Teen Pilates with Weights will also focus on Mobility , Strength and Flexibility . Also body positivity, confidence and fun.

It's January so our focus in this cold, wet month is to get into our bodies, move on the breath and establish our awareness inside. Building strength, presence and mobility.

We will do some powerful, deep, breath practices before Shavasana to prepare for a deep reset.

Perfect practice for this time of year. When we can often feel lethargic, overwhelm or low energy.... Build our inner panic reserves through movement, breath and deep relaxation.

Pilates with Weights for Teenage Girls

Weds 6-7pm

I am so excited to be offering this new class ✨

For many years I have worked with teens through Strength & Conditioning, Pilates and Yoga with camogie and football teams, swim teams, scouts and in both primary and secondary schools.

We all know there is a higher drop-out rate of sport and physical activity in young women than in young men.

Keeping girls physically active greatly improves confidence, psychological resilience and academic and professional success later in life.

Many teens already come to my Yoga and Pilates classes with their mums (as daughters go FREE in all my classes!), but I really wanted to offer a space just for teenage girls β€” whether they play sport or not β€” to come along with friends or team-mates.

In this class we will focus on:
β€’ Building strength
β€’ Confidence
β€’ Body positivity
β€’ Fitness
β€’ And having fun πŸ’™

As always, loads of modifications are offered, making this suitable for everyone.
